Upload your audio and artwork, enter the credits, pick your release date and choose your deal. The form saves as you go, so you can leave it half done and come back.
A person reviews the audio and the metadata. Artwork below spec, a missing writer credit or a title that will read wrong in the stores gets caught here rather than by a store rejection two weeks later.
We deliver to the stores, supply your ISRC and UPC codes, and set up your pre-save smart link so you have something to post while the release is still pending.
Your release goes live, your links and store IDs sit in your portal, and from the next accounting run your earnings appear in a monthly statement you can request a payout against.

On the A$14.99 release you keep 100 percent of your ownership and there is no contract. The label deal is a 50/50 co-ownership over a 10 year term, and you see those terms in writing before anything is signed. We never move ownership quietly.
At least six weeks before your release date, and more if you can. Stores need lead time to process a release, Spotify pitching closes before release day, and a pre-save link is only useful if it exists while people are still waiting for the record.
We report monthly. Stores report to us on their own schedule, usually a couple of months behind, so the first statement for a release will not be the month it comes out. Once a period is accounted, your statement appears in the portal and your balance updates, and you request a payout whenever your balance clears the minimum.
Yes, both, included. We are an ARIA registered code holder so your codes come from our own registrant prefix. If you already have codes for a track we use yours instead so you do not lose its history.
We tell you before it goes out. Every release is checked by a person. If the artwork is under 3000 by 3000 or the master has an issue, you hear from us with what needs fixing rather than getting a store rejection.
Yes. There is no track limit on the 50/50 label deal. The A$14.99 release covers up to 10 tracks, so a single, an EP and most albums all cost the same.
